Myka Spradlin

Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance, Tennessee Technological University, 1998 

With a recent expansion of operations for the company, Myka Spradlin was recently named President and CEO of Alliance Engineering & Consulting, LLC upon her confirmation as controlling Member of the Company. Myka has over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry including public accounting to private industry (roadbuilders to construction). She spent a few years in the recruiting industry helping companies hire employees for their accounting departments. Myka played on the first Varsity women’s soccer team at Tennessee Tech University. Currently when not working for Alliance Engineering & Consulting, LLC, she enjoys attending kids sporting events, traveling, and watching movies. FOUNDER + OWNER

Josh Spradlin, P.E.

Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, VA, 2001. 

Four-year scholarship Division I athlete at the Virginia Military Institute.

Josh has over 20 years of experience in the Civil & Environmental Engineering field. Since 2001 he has compiled an extremely comprehensive background in structural design and inspections, land development and water/wastewater engineering. He and his wife Myka started a residential general construction company from scratch in 2007 and grew it from nothing to a multi-million-dollar company in just 3 years. He has real world application in not only what customers face when going through a construction project, but the difficult tasks of maintaining a budget. He has 15 years of true, ‘start from scratch’ business leadership, consulting services and construction at the helm of Alliance Engineering & Consulting, LLC.
